Certain Software, Inc. Releases Version 4.9 of Online Registration Application

Certain continues to innovate the online registration marketplace with the release of Certain Registration™ Version 4.9. The latest version of Certain’s flagship web application delivers new housing, program and finance functionality. Providing customers with the most flexible online registration solution available, Certain Registration Version 4.9 makes hotel coordination even easier, enables purchase discounts on program items, calculates tax and further enhances international payment capabilities.

With Certain Registration Version 4.9, the housing module has been redesigned to optimize roommate matching features, allowing planners to coordinate hotel arrangements with greater ease. Planners now have the ability to set up auto-matching criteria to select roommates based on preferences with the click of button and reduce manual work.

New program module capabilities in Certain Registration Version 4.9 allow planners to apply both percentage and fixed discounts to registrant purchases as they complete the registration form. This feature benefits planners by allowing them to build calculations automatically into registration forms to reduce post-registration accounting.

Certain Registration 4.9 finance module enhancements allow registration forms to include line items for custom taxes based on business rules. In addition, the adoption of European payment processor, Ogone, supports Payment Card Industry compliant payment processing in Euros and other foreign currencies with deposits made into non-US banks.
