Citrix NetScaler Grows Market Share in Advanced Application Delivery Market

(Nasdaq:CTXS), the global leader in application delivery infrastructure, today announced continued growth in the $900M Application Delivery Controller (ADC) market according to a December 2006 report from Gartner titled, “Market Share: Application Acceleration Equipment, Worldwide, 3Q06.” 1 From Q206 to Q306 the Citrix® NetScaler® web application delivery product line posted market share gains in both the overall Application Delivery Controllers (ADC) Market Share segment and the Advanced Platform Application Delivery Controllers (AP-ADC) Market Share sub-segment.2 According to Gartner estimates, Citrix Systems was one of only two market leaders to show an increase in worldwide market share and manufacturer revenue in the $140M AP-ADC sub-segment, an area which Gartner believes will show “long- term growth at the high end.” 3
