September 7, 2006; 09:08 AM Sirvisetti Systems, a leading provider of Business Automation solutions
for Document-Driven Business Processes, today announced release of new
AutoStream print module, AutoPrint, version 4.6.0.
This release enhances configuration features and brings rich set of new
features. The new features include printing attachments, any type and
number, without users having to spend additional time for printing
these attachments. These new features nearly eliminate need for printer
maintenance in the applications, reduce calls to help desk by 90% and
potentially cuts printing of documents by 60% in an enterprise.
AutoStream is proven in use for businesses to print any Oracle
Applications reports - both standard and custom - to any printer
configured on your desktop, connected Locally or on Network. AutoStream
customers with users in the range between10 and 5000 have been saving
substantially while printing Oracle reports with or without embedded
UTF-8 Characters, barcodes, digital signatures and attachments, etc.
AutoStream allows Oracle Applications users to print from anywhere and
eliminates the need for configuration or maintenance of printers in the
applications. The users manage printers on their desktops. No
dependence on helpdesk or applications system administrators. The users
will have ability to view any report stored in AutoStream repository
before printing - what you see is what you get as print out. This
feature saves time for the users and minimizes the use of printer,
cutting printing supplies substantially. Hence the businesses are
reducing printing of Oracle documents, leading to cutting operating
costs.
"We are committed to bring substantial savings to Oracle Applications
customers by providing Document-Driven process automations. AutoStream
and its modules, including AutoPrint for report printing and AutoScan
for document capture and integration with application modules such as
Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, Order Management,
CRM, HR and Contracts have been providing automations to businesses
over six years," said Kris Gazula, President & COO of Sirvisetti
Systems.
