AmoroCorp Acquires Software Developer JoMo Media Group

AmoroCorp, reports that its shareholders approved a motion to acquire all of the assets of JoMo Media Group. www.jomomedia.com. JoMo Media Group offers PHP and MySQL driven scripts and software. JoMo’s chief product is a state-of-the-art Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Search Engine Script. The transaction is expected to close within the next 30 days.
