MobWrite: the Web-based Open-source Multi-user Real-time Plain-text Editor

Description:

Mobwrite is an text box which allows multiple people to edit the same text at the same time.

Installation

MobWrite requires both Python and PHP.

1. Download and unzip mobwrite.zip.
2. Create an empty directory called texts
3. Change 'sync_gateway' in sync.js to be the path to 'q.php'.
4. Execute the Python daemon from your server's command line:   ./client.py &
5. Point a web browser at demo.html (on your server).
